Peggle game is aunusual for a puzzle platformer in that you weren’t controlling just one character, but three. Erik the Swift, Olaf the Stout and Baelog the Fierce all have different abilities that must be used in tandem to defeat enemies and survive safely until the end of the level, and the player could switch between them whenever necessary. To top it all off, the developers (who would eventually become Blizzard) made the game surprisingly lighthearted compared to their later works. Funny how that works out.
